Welcome to the Glory Gang!

The Glory Gang is a non-profit outreach dedicated to helping at risk children, ages 3 to 12. Our ministry provides hope by meeting both tangible and spiritual needs. The weekly Sunday night service is a fast paced, action packed hour filled with fun, music, games, puppets and drama. Each Sunday night ends with an age appropriate message about Jesus and a hot meal for every child. Glory Gang meets the needs of these children all year long by providing food, clothing, back to school back-packs, shoes, Christmas gifts & stockings, Summer Camp scholarships and Biblical training through the weekly service and Vacation Bible School. Loving members of the Glory Gang staff and volunteers visit hundreds of children and their families across all races and cultures each week through our home visitations.

The vision of the Glory Gang is to see hurting children come to know a new life through the efforts of our staff and volunteers whose own lives have been dramatically changed by Jesus Christ.

The Glory Gang works to partner with all people to reach the at-risk children in Nacogdoches County and help meet this community's most basic and greatest need. Through the efforts of leaders, volunteers and supporters, the projects of Nacogdoches in the near future will stand in stark contrast to its present reality.

Where there was once darkness, there will soon be light.

The new Calvary Hill official Texas license plate will be available to order at www.myplates.com on March 19, 2012. A portion of the proceeds for the Calvary Hill plate goes to its sponsor, the Glory Gang. The Glory Gang works to partner with all people to reach at-risk children in Nacogdoches County. The group works with more than 1,000 kids each year.
Glory Gang board member, Matt Rocco, points out that over 75% of all students in Nacogdoches are from low income households, many of them single parent homes in economically challenged communities. “The message of the Calvary Hill plate is the message that we give to the children we work with: there is hope,” Rocco says. “We believe the new plate will appeal to a lot of Texans who believe as we do-- who will like knowing that sharing a Christian message from their cars will also help kids in need.” My Plates start at $55 a year. You can order the design only, or personalize it. Personalization costs more, but the per-year cost goes down when you order for a five or ten-year term.
